Booking Questions

How do I book a yacht charter?

To book a charter, head to the individual boat from the charter menu dropdown and fill out the contact form at the bottom of the page with your preferred dates and times. A member from our team will reach out for confirmation, payment, and details.

Can I customize my itinerary or choose specific destinations?

Absolutely! At Underway Yacht Charters, we strive to provide a personalized experience. Once you've booked, our charter specialist will contact you to discuss your itinerary and help customize your destinations as per your preferences.

What is the cancellation policy for booked charters?

To avoid losing your deposit, please ensure that any cancellations are made at least 48 hours before your trip. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the trip will result in the loss of your deposit.

What is the tipping policy?

While tipping is not required, our charters teams, captains, and crew work hard to ensure you have an unforgettable experience. A 20% gratuity is the industry standard.
